Monster Men
'Monster Men' Summary
Dr. Arthur Maxon, consumed by a fervent desire to create artificial life, relentlessly pursues his ambitious project. His previous experiments have resulted in monstrous, subhuman creations, but with his thirteenth attempt, he believes he has achieved perfection. This perfect specimen, a humanoid indistinguishable from a human, becomes the focal point of his ambition, leading him to devise a scheme to unite the creation with his own daughter, Virginia. However, Maxon's plan is thrown into disarray when pirates and his own deceitful assistant, Carl von Horn, disrupt his carefully orchestrated scheme. The ensuing chaos forces Maxon to confront the moral ramifications of his scientific obsession and the betrayal that has shattered his trust. As he navigates a web of deceit and danger, Maxon's pursuit of scientific glory becomes a struggle for survival, testing the limits of his ethics and the very essence of his humanity.Book Details
