'Nina Balatka' Summary
Nina Balatka, a young Catholic woman, lives a life of simplicity and devotion in Prague. Her world is disrupted when she meets Josef, a Jewish man who works as a musician. Despite their differing backgrounds, they fall deeply in love, their connection defying the rigid social and religious barriers that separate them. Their love faces opposition from both their families and the wider community.
