A tenacious judge investigates the mysterious death of an American billionaire and his family while on vacation in Paris. Nounlegos, a solitary scientist who has dedicated his life and fortune to unraveling the mysteries of the brain, secretly offers his services. He has invented a device capable of reading thoughts, aiming to perceive dishonesty and sincerity at a distance, ultimately fostering trust in human relationships.
