'Olive' Summary
Olive, born with a physical difference, believes her life is destined to be solitary. She dedicates herself to art, caring for her mother, and her religious faith. However, a hidden secret from her past and a captivating new acquaintance, John, enter her life, forcing Olive to confront the societal expectations and the possibility of love and companionship. Olive grapples with her feelings for John, while struggling to reconcile her beliefs with the realities of her existence.
