'Orestes' Summary
Haunted by the Erinyes for murdering his mother, Orestes seeks refuge with his sister Electra. Despite Apollo's prophecy, Orestes' matricide weighs heavily on his conscience, driving him to the brink of madness. Meanwhile, a political faction in Argos seeks Orestes' death, leaving him with only his uncle Menelaus as a potential savior.
