Witch of the Glens
by Sally Watson
'Witch of the Glens' Summary
Kelpie, a young girl living in 1644 Inverness, Scotland, has always felt different. She has no memory of her early childhood and possesses the unusual ability of 'Second Sight,' a mystical gift that allows her to glimpse the future and perceive hidden truths. This gift, along with her distinctive blue-ringed eyes, led to her kidnapping as a child by a group of Gypsies. Now a teenager, Kelpie is drawn to the stories of witches and longs to understand the source of her powers. As she delves deeper into her past, she uncovers a web of secrets, encounters both benevolent and malevolent figures, and faces a critical choice between embracing her destiny or denying her true nature. This choice ultimately determines her fate and her ability to control her unique gifts in a world where magic and superstition collide.Book Details
