'Friendly Five' Summary
Delia, Lily, and Kate, three close friends, are preparing for the final day of school at the Coventry Institute. The usual ceremony includes a sermon by Mrs. Abbott, the principal, and a reading of the students' academic reports. However, this year, the girls are buzzing with predictions about the speech and a possible visitor. The unexpected guest arrives, leaving them bewildered and excited. Their usual routine is thrown into disarray as the visitor presents them with a life-changing opportunity, one that will completely alter their future. The story follows their reactions to this unexpected turn of events and their subsequent adventures as they embrace the unforeseen path laid out before them. The book emphasizes the value of close friendships, the importance of facing new experiences with courage, and the joy of unexpected opportunities.Book Details
