'Gullivers Rejser' Summary
Lemuel Gulliver, en engelsk kirurg, tager til søs og havner i et skibbrud. Han finder sig strandet på øen Lilliput, beboet af en race af små mennesker, Lilliputerne, der er meget mindre end ham. Gulliver bliver en slags heroisk figur og involveres i deres politiske magtspil. Han er fascineret af deres kultur, men kritiserer også deres small-mindedhed og mangel på logik. I 'Rejse til Brobdingnag kæmpernes land' havner Gulliver i et land beboet af giganter. Han føler sig lille og hjælpeløs og oplever, hvordan menneskets svagheder og grådighed ser ud fra en kæmpes perspektiv.
