El Buscón, escrito por Francisco de Quevedo en el Siglo de Oro español, es una novela picaresca clásica que narra las andanzas y aventuras de un joven pícaro llamado Don Pablos. La historia comienza con la infancia de Pablos en casa de sus peculiares padres y continúa con su paso por la escuela, sus peripecias como criado de un gran señor y su etapa como estudiante de Bachiller. Durante su viaje a la Corte, Pablos aprende las artimañas de un "buscón", un pícaro que vive de engaños y estafas. A lo largo de su recorrido, se encuentra con personajes singulares de la España del siglo XVII y pasa por situaciones cómicas y picarescas, que reflejan la sociedad española de la época.
